Be sure to include the following:
- Name of Company
- License Number
- All information that needs to be updated.
Change of Company Name
Please email all name changes and the required documentation to contact@ndpelsboard.org.
The following must be included:
- Previous Company Name
- License Number
- New Company Name
- Any Changes in Contact Information
- Attach a letter signed by a cooperate office highlighting the requested name change.
- Amended Certificate of Authority from North Dakota Secretary of State
Please note, name changes will NOT be processed without the listed above and the proper documentation from the North Dakota Secretary of State.
