Updates to Personal Information
Coming Soon!! Individuals will be able to change this information online.
At this time please email all changes to contact@ndpelsboard.org.
Be sure to include the following:
- Name in Full
- License Number (the “PE-“, “LS-“, “EI-“, and “LSI-” is part of your license number)
- All information that needs to be updated.
Please note, we recommend that individuals use personal contact info (IE address, phone, and email) in lieu of their company contact information.
Name Change
Please email all name changes and required documentation to contact@ndpelsboard.org.
The following must be included:
- Previous Name
- License Number (the “PE-“, “LS-“, “EI-“, and “LSI-” are part of your license number)
- New Requested Name
- Any legal documents relating to the requested name change.
Please note, name changes will NOT be processed without the required information.
